RSM’s M&A and private equity team has advised on the merger of Crimson & Co and Argon Consulting. The merger will allow the group to establish itself as a leading operational transformation consulting firm with more than 230 consultants and six offices across the world. RSM led the transaction on behalf of Crimson & Co running a controlled process and negotiating all aspects of the deal terms.

Audit, tax and consulting firm RSM has reached the top spot in the Q1 Experian league table of the most active M&A advisers in the UK, up from third position last year. In total, RSM advised on 29 deals in the first quarter of 2018, four more than its closest rival. The firm also claimed first place in the South East of England, second in Wales and third in the Midlands.
