Biography
Duncan is a transfer pricing specialist, helping businesses to be confident that their transfer pricing policies and support are robust at a time of increasing tax authority focus. He has a long track record of providing practical transfer pricing advice that is specific to the substance of each client’s activities, and bringing this to life for the business.
Duncan has over twenty years of transfer pricing experience at both Big 4 and mid-market firms. He joined RSM in 2019.
He has been involved in just about all types of transfer pricing projects in a wide range of industries in that time, from policy setting, support and defence, to APAs, business restructurings and OECD consultations. Sectors that Duncan has particular experience with include software & technology, manufacturing, betting and gaming and professional services.
Duncan is a regular contributor to tax publications and conferences on transfer pricing issues, and has also contributed to and spoken at OECD consultations on developments to their Transfer Pricing Guidelines. Duncan is a Chartered Tax Advisor.
