The client

Cerberus is a Bradford-based provider of both physical security, including manned guards and mobile patrols, and technology-driven remote monitoring services to businesses throughout the UK. The sale to Clearway, a leading void property services business, will strengthen Cerberus’ service offering, extend its geographical reach, and reaffirm its position as a leading player in the security industry.
