Steve specialises in providing M&A advice to a wide range of clients across several industries. He has advised numerous business owners on their first transaction, often to large corporate acquirors or private equity and guided them through this process, ensuring their business and personal objectives are met. Steve has broad sector experience with a focus on the digital sector, including digital marketing and ecommerce.

Steve has a passion for sport, family, and food. He loves the creativity of cooking and the pleasure it (usually) brings to his family and friends. Steve has played sport his whole life and continues that passion through his participation in triathlon and playing competitive tennis with his youngest teenage daughter (managing to usually avoid any fallouts).

Steve says, "I like to work with business owners as they are commercially astute, though they don't always recognise it in themselves. It is fascinating to hear their perspective on business. A transaction is a complex process, and it is my role to ensure that a client is informed and has good advice to make their own decisions. Clients often comment that I explain things in an easy-to-understand manner and without jargon."
