Biography

Natalie specialises in advising shareholders and management teams on maximising and realising value through company sales, management buy-outs, acquisitions, and fundraisings. Natalie advises privately-owned, entrepreneurial businesses on mid-market transactions and has experience across a variety of sectors, with a particular focus on financial services.

Natalie loves to travel, almost as much as she loves cheese. Natalie has two fantastic nephews who never fail to test her negotiation skills!

Natalie says, "I have always loved working with entrepreneurs. Many of our clients have spent years building their businesses and the decision to sell or bring an investor on board is a life-changing event. Being entrusted to advise them throughout that journey, and exceed their expectations, is hugely rewarding and a real privilege."

Natalie’s RSM timeline:

  • 2006: joined RSM as one of the firm's first M&A graduates
  • 2009: became ACA qualified
  • 2018: promoted to Partner
  • 2020: promoted to Head of London M&A
  • 2022: Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Group for RSM’s Transactions business
