Natalie joined RSM in 2006 and is a partner in RSM’s M&A and Private Equity team. She specialises in private company sales, fund raisings and management buyouts.

Natalie advises growing, entrepreneurial businesses on mid-market transactions across a range of sectors. Natalie works closely with clients to help them prepare for a transaction (often working with clients years before an event), marketing businesses to potential buyers and investors whilst protecting the business, and leading and managing deals to completion.
