Jennifer is an experienced employment solicitor who helps businesses with people management, assisting clients with complex issues involving their people and implementing a solution in accordance with clients’ objectives. Jennifer advises private sector corporates and organisations and also has experience acting for senior executives, enabling her to appreciate issues from both sides to secure a successful solution.
Jennifer supports her clients throughout the employment relationship. Her experience includes designing tailored employment contracts at all levels of the business, discrimination, holiday pay compliance, work status determination, TUPE, non-compete and exit agreements. Jennifer is experienced in representing clients in employment tribunal claims including issues of constructive dismissal, disability and sex discrimination. She has also worked on a complex working status case in the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
Jennifer is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. She regularly publishes articles and presents at legal events.
