Biography
Eugenia is a Private Client Tax Director at RSM UK. She has over 20 years’ experience as a private client tax advisor and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. Eugenia started her career with HMRC and has worked for both a family office and one of the Big Four.
Eugenia joined RSM in 2014, managing a broad client base and specialising in advising private clients with complex international financial affairs, including trusts and personal investment companies. Eugenia was promoted to the role of private client, director in 2018 and has since led the London team’s inheritance tax and estate planning services. She is a member of RSM’s Private Client International Technical Group and the Real Estate Sector Group.

Finding practical, tax efficient, solutions for my clients is rewarding. Tax legislation is always evolving, and no two clients are the same, so that keeps me motivated.
Helping others develop in their career is a key part of my role. It is a two-way process though; I also learn from the people I coach and we have a joint commitment to delivering an excellent service to our clients, so it’s a virtuous circle of career fulfilment.

Outside work Eugenia is a junior church leader and planning for Sunday school lessons keeps her on her toes. She enjoys singing and has performed in many classical concerts. She also loves reading books and watching programmes about black history.
