Victoria is People Partner at RSM UK. She’s a member of both our Board and our National Leadership Team.

Victoria joined RSM in 2004 as a regional HR advisor and became our Head of HR ten years later. She took on the role of HR and Development Director in 2017 and was appointed to our Board in April 2020.

Since joining us Victoria has continued to drive improvements in talent attraction, employee development and wellbeing, and remains focused on representing and advancing our people.

My ambition is to achieve a fully-inclusive workplace in which all our employees can prosper. I want to ensure we are an employer that supports and inspires all our people to succeed. It’s my responsibility to keep innovating and piloting new initiatives to achieve this – and it’s this continuous search for improvement that I thrive on.

Victoria is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and holds additional qualifications in employment law and coaching accreditations. Outside of work she enjoys a busy family life, and from time to time will find she’s entered herself in some overly ambitious physical pursuit to raise money for a cause close to her heart.
