Biography
James joined the team in 2020 to support employers with utilising the opportunities provided through Apprenticeships, ensuring that they are fully embedded throughout the organisation and deliver business impact.
James has worked as a Senior Leader in the private and further education sector for over 15 years, the last 10 of which were senior management strategic roles in Further Education Colleges. James was strategic and operational lead for the engagement of employers and stakeholders, development and delivery of apprenticeships working with employers and Local Enterprise Partnerships helping develop employer workforce through apprenticeships.
James has led strategic projects and transformational programmes in a number of institutions that have achieved harmonisation, consolidation and restructuring, redesigned systems and processes, employer satisfaction and quality of service moving to single ethos cultural towards one class.
