Biography
James is a Tax Director in the employer solutions group, specialising in UK employment tax and international mobility. He advises companies on many of the employer compliance aspects of having a UK domestic and international workforce.
James also advises companies on UK employer and employee tax compliance, international social security, tax-efficient structuring of assignments and packages, tax policy design and cost mitigation as well as having experience in defending HMRC inquiries and settling disputes.
