Biography
Al is a corporate tax partner with a focus on owner-managed businesses, growing companies and the mid- market. Al has advised businesses and their owners on a wide range of matters throughout the business lifecycle, including reorganisations, acquisitions and disposals, management incentivisation and maximising available tax reliefs, as well as compliance. He has a breadth of tax and business experience, advising companies across a number of sectors, from private companies and entrepreneurs through to listed, multinational and private equity backed businesses.
Al is a corporation tax professional with over 13 years’ experience gained in senior roles within Big Four and specialist firms.
