About Alastair Dixon

Al is a Corporate Tax Partner and part of RSM’s Private Equity team with a focus on PE-backed portfolio companies. He has over 20 years’ experience advising businesses and their owners on a wide range of matters throughout the business lifecycle, from post-transaction matters through to pre-deal planning. His experience also includes international tax, transactions, reorganisations, acquisitions and disposals, management incentivisation and maximising available tax reliefs, as well as compliance.
