In 2021, we were keen to know what impact Brexit and the coronavirus pandemic had had on the social housing sector. At the time, respondents to our survey were clear that their main priority for 2021 was to get the basics right. 

A year on, how well is the sector coping? And what effect are rising energy costs and the supply chain crisis going to have on the decisions made by social housing organisations? 2022’s priorities are already shaping up to be different from what the sector envisaged this time last year.
