Biography
Andrew is a corporate tax partner with over 10 years’ experience, providing proactive tax advice to companies and business owners. He works for a wide range of clients including international groups, OMB businesses and Large UK based groups.
Andrew has particular experience in working on company reorganisations and transactions, having worked on a number of large reorganisations and/or transactions in the last year. As an example deals included the sale of a large UK based software group to a large international group for over £200m and the purchase of an OMB business by a large UK listed group.
Andrew also has extensive experience in the design and implementation of employee equity reward plans including ESS and EMI schemes. Andrew has also handled numerous successful research and development and capital allowance claims.
