We can provide:
A short-form snapshot of refinancing, potential sale, and restructuring options to identify the best next steps for clients and other key stakeholders. A more detailed strategic options review involves cashflow forecasts and alternative structure analysis, to seek valuable exit options during stressed or distressed transactions. Get in touch to discuss ‘Plan B’ preparations and changes in operational direction, or for help navigating the current business climate.
Accelerated M&A (AMA)
We provide management of rapid and controlled transactions when our clients are facing business-critical deadlines. A sale strategy is tailored to maximise value based on time available, usually driven by the parameters of existing borrowing facilities or creditor pressure. Typically, this is achieved within two to 12 weeks. Transactions usually involve the sale of shares, business and assets, debt refinance or investments or a sale via an insolvency mechanism.
Carve outs and non-core disposal
This identifies non-core operations and a strategic analysis of exit options to release funds for the seller. Our approach focuses on navigating the sales process towards a value-maximising solution against specific challenges and constrains. Carve-outs are complex and multifaceted; we help sellers explore trade, private equity, and private equity-backed trade options. Approach our team when you wish to streamline operations, generate cash, or change strategy.
Enables fast raising of capital in time-pressured environments to ease cash flow and provide optimal solutions for special situation funders.
