Biography
Steve is a Partner in our Employer Services Team and leads our Outsourcing & Consultancy services. Steve has over 20 years’ experience in HR and payroll, and regularly presents on emerging trends and changes within the field.
Steve started his career with an investment bank, before moving into retail and recruitment and then transferring to outsourced consultancy. His RSM journey began in 2016, when RSM acquired the HR consultancy business at which Steve was the Managing Director.
Steve’s experience includes developing software to improve the day-to-day experience for company HR professionals as well as their staff. He focuses on providing flexible and practical people management solutions for employers of all sizes.
When asked what gets him out of bed in the mornings, Steve says:
“People are at the heart of what we do. As a people person I love that my work relates to people. Whether that is ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time, or helping organisations stay compliant while maximising their employees’ potential, every day is rewarding.”
Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time with his family and has two young boys who keep him on his toes. He can often be found on the golf course, watching cricket, or supporting his favourite team, Leyton Orient.
