Steve has been delivering HR IT systems and outsourced payroll services since 2005. Steve focuses on the efficiency and repeatability of client’s HR and payroll transactional processes, bringing together people and technology.
From beginning to end of the employment lifecycle it is essential that organisations remain compliant and follow solid best practice procedures. Steve is able to draw upon experience across many industry sectors to build solutions for clients with varying shapes and sizes of workforce.
Steve has over 20 years’ experience in payroll and HR, having started his career in an investment bank, moving into retail and recruitment before transferring his in-house skills to the outsourced consultancy market. Steve’s experience includes developing software to improve the day to day experience for company HR professionals as well as their staff.
Significant projects include an NHS centralised HR/Payroll system roll out, integration between HR and payroll teams during the merger of various further education colleges, setting up staff scheduling with payroll automation in hotel groups and designing bespoke systems for high street retailers.
Steve is part of RSM Employer Services Ltd team, leading the HR IT and HR consultancy services and regularly presents on emerging trends and changes within the HR and payroll field.
