Biography
Lora is a director in the transaction services team in London. She provides financial due diligence and deal advisory services to a variety of clients in both the buy-side and sell-side markets. These include private equity investors, strategic corporates and family-owned businesses.
Lora has over eight years of US public accounting experience, including five years of transaction experience. She is currently on secondment in London from RSM US’s transaction services practice in Chicago.
