Biography
For the last 15 years Dave has been working with large and multinational groups, advising on a range of corporate tax issues and supporting their international expansion.
Dave’s client base is primarily larger privately owned, listed or private equity backed businesses, typically with an international focus. He advises across a range of corporate tax areas including compliance and tax reporting, international expansion and structuring, tax due diligence and group simplification.
Prior to joining RSM Dave worked in the in-house tax teams of two large multinational businesses.

Outside of work, Dave is adapting to life as a new father and when time permits enjoys rugby and Formula 1.
