Favourite thing about RSM

"RSM is the perfect size organisation for me. Small enough for each engagement to be very personal and large enough to have the insight and the advisory specialisms that are required for a transaction. Every colleague has the opportunity to influence how we do things, and I am surrounded by intelligent people with lots of ideas."
