Biography
Rachel set up RSM UK Legal’s legal practice support services team over five years ago and is responsible for its development.
Rachel has a strong client service ethic, with over 20 years’ experience in legal professional services. She is a highly experienced legal secretary. In recent years she has diversified her skills portfolio over several legal disciplines, as well as managing client engagement support and client service billing operations across the client services legal team.
Rachel is pleased to receive new work enquiries for the client legal services team. She epitomises professional service with a smile.

Away from work, Rachel appreciates the arts (especially the theatre and the ballet), being creative or enjoying social life in London.
