Biography
Paul has over 18 years of experience advising corporate clients. He is a technical accounting specialist with vast experience and knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP and company law. Paul heads up RSM’s specialist financial reporting advisory practice which advises clients on the application of accounting standards. Paul’s unique experience enables him to use advanced techniques to advise clients how to solve complex financial reporting issues in order to meet their objectives.
Core services offered to clients include: group reorganisations, distributable reserves planning, financial instruments advisory, IFRS conversions, accounting policy exit planning and specific accounting opinion advice.
