Manpreet helps organisations capture, monitor, assess and recover value from their third party contracts. She has a proven track record of identifying contract savings and helping organisations across all sectors achieve their desired business outcomes. Over the years she has developed a deep specialism in supporting organisations at all phases of the contract life-cycle including business case assessment, specification development, procurement process, contract deployment, contract management and contract exit and transition.
Manpreet has worked with many public and private sector organisations at board level. Utilising her extensive experience, she has developed a proven approach and methodology to conduct contract reviews at speed, work with the clients to negotiate and recover savings and use the insights to improve their contract management practices. Her accounting background and assurance experience, combined with attention to detail and a passion to help businesses has enabled her to become a successful and highly regarded consultant.
