Biography
Karen Clark is the tax partner in charge of the London private client team at RSM. She deals with a wide range of issues relating to private clients including the tax efficient structuring of the affairs of non UK domiciled individuals, inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning, UK and offshore trusts, as well as overseeing the personal tax compliance function.
Karen has been with RSM since October 1997. She previously spent 10.5 years with EY. She is a qualified chartered accountant and a member of the Chartered Institute of Tax. Her particular area of interest and focus is international personal tax, both of UK based individuals with overseas business and personal interests, and of individuals from overseas coming to live and work in the UK. She works closely with many of RSM's overseas associated firms to deliver a coordinated approach for clients.>
Karen regularly writes articles for publication and presents on topics including the taxation of non UK domiciled individuals resident in the UK and personal investment companies.
