Biography
James is a Regional Managing Partner for Corporate Finance in the Central region. He is a Transaction Services specialist focussed on delivering value added, opinion led, financial due diligence.
James have been a corporate finance specialist for over 20 years with experience in both practice and client side. He supports corporates, private equity, private equity backed corporates, banks and public sector organisations who are undertaking transactions. James is particularly experienced in buy side support for serial acquirers in consolidating sectors, but is also experienced in vendor due diligence and vendor assist.
James has significant deal experience in technology (software, managed services, unified comms, consulting), healthcare (elderly, learning and disability, mental health, child care, veterinary, fertility) and business services (facilities management, grounds maintenance).
When asked what motivates him in his role, James says:
“Making a difference on a transaction. Knowing that we have genuinely added value to a process and helped change people’s lives. Whilst at the same time creating an environment where our team can learn, grow and thrive.”
Outside of work, James enjoys DIY and playing pool.
