Biography
Colin is a corporate tax partner with 20 years experience. He advises entrepreneurs and their businesses, as well as private equity houses and quoted companies.
He leads our corporate transactions group and is particularly experienced in M&A structuring.
Colin also heads up our technology group in Manchester, and he has spent 9 months at the then department of trade and industry helping with the formulation of taxation policy for SMEs.
