Biography
Chris has over 20 years of experience from working at EY where he was an Associate Partner in the audit practice for eight of those years before joining RSM in 2020. Chris manages a portfolio of mid-market and large international businesses under IFRS, UK and US GAAP.
Chris works in our accounting and business advisory team, drawing on his experience across a wide range of sectors, to deliver commercial and pragmatic solutions to his clients. He is passionate about helping his clients by sharing his experience and professional knowledge.
In his role as an accounting and business advisory partner, he has a rounded understanding of business needs. His commercial experience brings an understanding of how to build a successful business, what drives value, managing risk, building successful teams, linked to strong financial management.
Chris was implementation leader in the UK for EY, helping drive developments in audit quality and efficiency for the firm. Chris has spent many years leading offices and departments, understanding the commercial demands that running a business brings.
Having spent a year on secondment in the healthcare sector, setting up a shared service centre for an AIM listed business he understands client needs at first hand.
