Biography
Andrew is a specialist UK employment tax partner, who works with many large and listed businesses on employment tax matters.
Andrew has considerable experience of helping employers to implement appropriate and robust processes and procedures to help manage employer compliance obligations and improve efficiencies both in terms of compliance and cost control.
Key areas of focus include:
- recruitment and retention of employees;
- compliance engagement of off payroll workers;
- remuneration packages that are understood by the workforce and meet the medium to long term
goals of the business; - robust policy and procedures for example expenses, travel, remote working to ensure no tax/social security liability starts to accrue; and
- managing the fees, expenses, travel and movements of directors to ensure compliance across all jurisdictions.
