Biography
Alex is an FCCA accountant with over 19 years internal audit experience. Alex works predominantly in the not for profit public sector including NHS, education and social housing, but also has experience of working with financial services clients, private and charity sectors.
As a Senior Manager, Alex covers the North West, Staffordshire and Midlands. Alex manages internal audit contracts from a strategic perspective with oversight of risk based audits and attends audit committees.
Alex has particular expertise in the development of risk management and assurance frameworks with involvement in advisory assignments across clients, working with merging organisations and also those organisations with limited exposure to internal audit to improve their control, risk and governance processes.
