About Ross Stupart
Ross Stupart is the Edinburgh office managing partner and a corporate tax adviser to fast growing global privately owned businesses operating in a range of sectors including construction, retail, manufacturing (including food and drink), leisure and hospitality and technology. He advises on a wide range of tax issues including acquisitions and disposals, business succession, restructuring and reorganisations, tax governance, optimising the use of tax reliefs and the tax implications of doing business internationally.
Ross is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser. He has a wealth of experience including having worked in a FTSE100 financial services group tax team on many significant commercial transactions including the creation for sale of a standalone retail bank and the design of the tax function of the new bank. This experience combined with his experience as an adviser from his time within the Big 4 and at RSM ensures that Ross provides his clients with commercial and pragmatic tax advice.
