Biography
Michael is a corporate tax partner serving the East Midlands from our Nottingham and Leicester offices. He has several years’ experience advising private-equity backed businesses, UK subsidiaries of overseas groups and large UK based groups on a variety of UK and international tax issues.
Michael is responsible for delivering tax services across the broad spectrum of taxes, working with other specialist colleagues as appropriate. He also has specific experience in relation to acquisitions and disposals, tax efficient group structuring, overseas expansion, transfer pricing and tax relief for innovation.
Michael adopts a pragmatic approach when advising clients and ensures that technical tax advice is aligned to his clients’ commercial objectives.
