Biography
John is a partner in the corporate tax team in our Bristol office. He advises a broad range of mid-market businesses, from large privately-owned groups to entrepreneurial standalone businesses, across a wide range of sectors including manufacturing and engineering, retail and distribution, leisure and hospitality, media and technology, transport and logistics, support services, construction and not for profit.
John has a broad range of tax experience with over 20 years in practice, including corporate tax compliance, cross border transactions, corporate restructuring and simplification, year-end tax reporting including US GAAP, cash repatriation, tax efficient structuring for housing associations, charities and education.
John speaks regularly on corporation tax matters, including the tax implications for Not for Profit and Public Sector organisations. He is a Fellow of the ICAEW.
