Some of our education actions include:
- An annual development programme of webinars, events, discussion forums, and space for our people to inform themselves with the support of our respect employee networks and champions.
- Re-launched unconscious bias training modules to increase awareness, knowledge and inspire positive behavioural change.
- Our network of champions continue to influence and engage people to help us be a truly diverse and inclusive place to work.
