Steve Hubbard specialises in providing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advice to a wide range of clients across several industries. He has advised numerous business owners on their first transaction, often to large corporate acquirors orĀ  private equityand guided them through this process, ensuring their business and personal objectives are met. Steve has broad sector experience with a focus on the digital sector, including digital marketing and ecommerce, and business services.

Steve has a passion for sport, family, and food. He loves the creativity of cooking and the pleasure it (usually) brings to his family and friends. Steve has played sport his whole life and continues that passion through his participation in triathlon and playing competitive tennis with his youngest teenage daughter (managing to usually avoid any fallouts).
