Biography
Stephen is a partner in RSM London’s transaction services team. He provides financial due diligence services and advice to private equity, corporate and bank clients on buy side, sell side and refinancing transactions. He has a particular interest in advising on the financial aspects of sale and purchase agreements.
Stephen has been a due diligence specialist for 20 years. His current focus is on mid-market transactions in the leisure and hospitality, consumer, retail and media sectors. Prior to RSM he was with PwC transaction services in London specialising in complex, cross border transactions.
Stephen regularly presents to lawyers on the financial aspects of sale and purchase agreements.
