About Paul Evans

Paul Evans leads the national technology audit team and is responsible for providing technology risk and controls input into audits. He supports and advises on our audit strategies to ensure we manage risk and take opportunities where clients make use of increasingly complex and new technologies. Paul has a key focus on delivering audit quality enhancements and providing valuable insights to clients.

Paul works with businesses across a wide range of industries, including technology, retail, utilities, manufacturing and life sciences. He also has a particular focus on large and listed businesses.

With over 20 years of experience delivering audit and advisory work, Paul has built extensive industry and audit knowledge, enabling him to deliver high-quality audit services to clients.

When asked about which part of the job gets him out of bed in the morning, Paul says:

'I really believe that audits matter and make a positive contribution to society. Demystifying client use of evolving technology is how I contribute to ensuring audit quality for the firm.'

Outside of work Paul thrives in the outdoors. You can often find him either camping, cycling, paddleboarding or golfing with his family.
