Biography
Michelle Harris is Head of Tax in the Southampton office. She’s responsible for the provision of corporation tax compliance and advisory matters.
Michelle has a proven track record of advising owner-managed and large businesses. She specialises in tax planning including structuring and exit planning. Michelle has considerable experience in group tax reporting, as well as being the national lead for the tax due diligence due diligence team in the south.
She has over 20 years of tax experience in her local area. Michelle leads a portfolio of clients in the real estate and construction, manufacturing, technology and telecoms sectors.
When asked why she enjoys her role, Michelle said:
"I enjoy getting under the skin of the problem, understanding what is going on so that I can help solve the problem or give the most appropriate advice."
Outside of work, Michelle spends time with her family who enjoy surfing and all things on and under water. Whenever she can she tries to find time to relax in her garden.
