Biography
Mark has over 20 years experience advising clients with international operations across a range of sectors (including technology, space, telecoms, manufacturing, consulting, food ingredients, hospitality and leisure, travel and recruitment), particularly in the provision of audit, statutory compliance (including central project management and coordination of the global compliance needs of clients), and supporting clients mergers and acquisitions.
He works extensively with US groups and has a working knowledge of US GAAP and GAAS, though also has significant experience with groups that operate all around the world. Many of his clients have private equity backing. He has helped newly private equity backed businesses adapt to the new demands that come from that investment; supported businesses that have already undergone that transition meet their on-going demanding reporting requirements; and assisted them pro actively throughout the life cycle of that investment.
