About Alexis Meyer

Alexis Meyer specialises in pre- and post-deal strategy for complex separations and integrations, specifically in operational and commercial areas. She serves both corporates and private equity houses, with a focus on the industrials and healthcare industry. Her expertise lies in the development and analysis of target operating models, aligning people, process and technology to support strategic objectives and clarity for Day 1 and beyond. Her experience in value creation, due diligence, synergy benefit analysis and cost optimisation projects has supported clients in driving organisational change and capitalising on value throughout the deal lifecycle.

Alexis has a background in managing large-scale transformation programmes for privately owned clients. Her work included strategy development, process and organisational redesign and programme management for ERP and CRM implementations. While at RSM US, she also became a Certified Associate in Project Management, Certified Scrum Master and Change Management Specialist.

In her free time, Alexis can be found outside in nature or volunteering to coach basketball to children and adults in her local community.
