RSM UK advises Seat Unique on strategic acquisition of P1 Travel
RSM UK has advised Seat Unique on its cross-border acquisition of Dutch premium hospitality business P1 Travel to help expand its growing European footprint.
Seat Unique is an official premium ticketing and hospitality platform, providing fans with access to unforgettable live experiences across sport, music and entertainment. The company works directly with world-leading clubs, venues and promotors to transform how fans discover, book and enjoy premium live experiences.
P1 Travel is a leading provider of official tickets and hospitality packages for major sporting events worldwide, with deep expertise across the European sports market, particularly top-tier football and Formula 1. The company works directly with internationally recognised rightsholders to give fans secure and reliable access to live events across the globe.
The acquisition significantly bolsters Seat Unique’s growing European footprint and rights holder network and offers a strong foundation for the joint entity’s continued expansion in the premium live experience market.
It marks the second significant transaction that RSM has advised Seat Unique on in the past six months, as it acquired premium hospitality business Circuit Hospitality in October 2025.
RSM advised Seat Unique throughout the acquisition processes, led by Sam Dalziel (financial due diligence), James Atkinson (M&A), and Chris Etherington (tax), and working with Grace Cox, William Jervis, Akshay Raghunathan and Camilla Taylor. RSM Netherlands provided Dutch tax diligence support for the most recent transaction.
Seat Unique was also advised by national law firm Clarion and leading Netherlands legal service provider Ploum.
