Vendor assistance is a flexible alternative to vendor due diligence. This can help you to present your business in the best light to potential investors. Vendor assistance includes many of the elements of vendor due diligence, including the early identification of potential risks, however no reliance to the actual investor is provided.

We have two vendor assistance product types:

  • financial factbook: an RSM-branded report and/or Excel databook including analysis and commentary on the business. Potential and actual investors can access the factbook through signing a no-reliance letter; or
  • white paper: a non-branded or company-branded deliverable such as a report, summary, presentation, workbook or schedule presenting selected financial information of the company. 

Both product types are provided to assist a potential investor in conducting their own due diligence.
