Biography
Warren has been providing taxation advice to individuals and owner managed businesses for 30 years. He is able to integrate the needs of individual taxpayers covering issues as diverse as their personal income tax needs through to business growth and sale, on to succession and estate planning.
Warren advises a full range of clients including high net worth individuals and corporates.
His work includes:
- tax planning for high net worth individuals;
- tax efficient profit extraction for owner managed companies; and
- tax advice on the purchase and sale of businesses.
Warren has been advising on tax issues since 1987 having worked in London for nine years, he joined the firm in 1996.
Warren has been an examiner for the Institute of Taxation on both the ‘Taxation of Individuals’ and ‘Taxation of Owner Managed Businesses’ papers. He is the editor of ‘Income Tax British Tax Guide’.
