Biography

Stephanie’s speciality is working with shareholders to realise value through company disposals and management buyouts, as well as providing acquisition support for both trade and private equity investors. Stephanie has a proven track record of delivering exceptional value to her clients and navigating complex issues to find the best solution for them. Her experience is extensive and spans manufacturing, life-science, and luxury brands with a sector focus on food and drink and software businesses.

Stephanie has young twins that keep her very busy outside of work. When her twins allow it, she enjoys good food, skiing and travel. She is also hoping to find time to get better at golf…much like many of us!

Stephanie says, “As mid-market specialists, I enjoy the breath of clients I get to work with, particularly entrepreneurs and building that trusted adviser relationship. I understand that selling their business, or taking on investment, is life changing and therefore getting them the right transaction is critical. There is no better feeling than doing a good job and exceeding my clients’ aspirations.”
