About Sarah Sullivan

Sarah Sullivan is a Private Client Services Director, advising high net worth individuals, owner-managed businesses and private equity-backed groups on their tax affairs. She specialises in supporting business owners throughout transactions, helping them navigate complex tax issues before, during and after a sale. Sarah’s focus is on providing proactive, commercially driven advice that manages tax risk, identifies opportunities and supports clients in achieving their long-term personal and business objectives.

Sarah has more than a decade of experience in private client tax. She began her career at KPMG where she built a strong technical foundation. Following her 2020 move to Azets, Sarah began to work exclusively with high net worth individuals, business owners and their advisers on complex tax planning and transactions. She is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and keeping up with her energetic son. She loves travelling and making the most of opportunities to explore new destinations, whether close to home or further afield. A keen food enthusiast, she particularly enjoys discovering local cuisines and memorable dining experiences, with family holidays often centred around new adventures and great food.
