Biography
Richard is a VAT Partner with over 20 years’ experience providing advice to clients across several sectors, ranging from small owner managed businesses to large international groups. Richard has extensive experience advising clients on the VAT implications arising from business reorganisations, property and real estate transactions, international expansion and meeting their compliance obligations.
Richard leads RSM VAT services in Bristol and across the South West. Richard also works nationally with consumer markets businesses, with specialist knowledge in the leisure and hospitality sector, particularly with holiday parks and onshore gaming operators.
Richard has deep sector expertise in the holiday park sector and with onshore gaming businesses. Richard has experience working with large corporate and international businesses. He has experience with cost mitigation for defined benefit pension schemes.
Richard is CTA Qualified (2004), with over 20 years’ experience working in VAT.
