Biography
Richard leads audit, tax and consulting/advisory engagements for international and owner managed clients in the manufacturing, technology, healthcare, transport and recruitment sectors. Richard’s key skills around proactivity and client service always ensure that clients receive the full benefit of RSM’s UK and global capabilities. As well being an audit specialist, Richard is closely engaged with RSM’s full range of tax teams to ensure that his clients are properly advised on all relevant current and emerging tax issues.
Richard has worked closely with the RSM network globally since 2007 and now plays a key role in ensuring clients and teams across the Midlands region have full access to the network. He is also a member of the firm’s US desk, coordinating activity between the US and UK.
The longevity of many of the relationships which Richard has developed successfully over his career is testament to his skills. Richard is accredited to report under IFRS and US GAAP/GAAS.
Current projects include a number of projects advising on due diligence, accounting and tax implications of acquisitions, disposals and group restructuring.
His collaborative, supportive approach and style ensures that teams and clients alike enjoy working with him and both work effectively together as one team.
