Biography
Peter has over 20 years’ experience in both 'Big Four' and mid-tier firms heading up transaction services teams and nine years of audit/litigation support and special projects.
While Peter's experience is broadly based, he has specialist knowledge in the travel and events management, insurance broking, wealth management and media and technology sectors. He has been involved in a range of transactions and services supporting financial institutions and corporates, and worked with international corporate organisations, as well as middle-market companies.
Peter worked in audit for C&L Southampton for nine years before focusing full time on due diligence in 1996. In 1992, Peter began a two year secondment to work in Atlanta USA before returning to the UK in 1994.
Peter joined the legacy RSM firm in 2005 where he established the due diligence team and created a team serving the needs of corporates and mid-market private equity firms.
Peter’s clients include acquisitive corporates such as Capita plc and Clarion Events and private equity groups such as LivingBridge and LDC.
