About Matt McPherson

Matt is a Director in the innovation and capital tax reliefs practice with more than 15 years of specialist capital allowances experience and a strong track record of delivering practical, client-focused solutions.

He advises clients on optimising tax incentives on major capital investment programmes. Matt understands the priorities of different stakeholders and works closely with clients to align commercial objectives with long-term value.

Matt’s experience covers a range of sectors, having worked with global technology, media and entertainment organisations, industry leading consumer product and healthcare providers and investors in renewable technologies and infrastructure.

Matt is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his young family by the water, whether that’s the Thames path in South Oxfordshire or on the south coast.
