About Lucy Christian

Lucy Christian is a Director within our Corporate Simplification Team and is a Qualified Insolvency Practitioner.

She has extensive experience leading on Corporate Exit Management projects, Legal Entity Rationalisations and Members' Voluntary Liquidations.

Lucy helps clients simplify group structures, reduce cost and risk, release capital and manage change efficiently.

She works closely with boards, in-house legal and tax teams, finance functions and other stakeholders to develop and implement practical, commercially focused solutions that support wider business objectives.

Lucy is JIEB qualified and a member of the ICAEW with over 20 years’ experience delivering restructuring advisory services to not for profit organisations, private equity backed businesses, real estate & construction groups as well as Large Corporates & SMEs.

Outside of work, Lucy enjoys travelling, spending time with family and friends, and keeping active. Much of her free time revolves around her young, sports-mad son, with most weekends spent cheering from the side of a football pitch.
