Laura has more than 10 years’ HR consultancy experience advising and guiding a wide range of SMEs on HR issues, which include performance management, grievances, disciplinaries, and re-organisation projects.

Laura has extensive experience, working in partnership with clients both onsite and offsite, either as part of a retained client offering or on bespoke projects. These services include the production of tailored employment documentation, offers of employment, contracts and employment policies.

Laura works within the team responsible for interpreting the Gender Pay Gap regulations and development of the Gender Pay Gap calculator.  She assists with the analysis of clients’ results and production of action plans.

Laura also regularly contributes to the RSM employment matters newsletter and produces legislative updates for our clients.
